Thread Bumping
To maximise our exposure to the WAR community, I propose that you visit any recruitment threads you can and give them a good bumping. Now by bump I don't mean "/bump", I mean post something at least semi-meaningful. Even if it's simply "Still recruiting! Head over to the forums and sign up!" or something of that ilk.
