i know i sound like a complete and utter nooboid in saying this but can someone explain the difference between an RP server and a Normal server? (RP as in role playing right?) I'll make my mind up once i actually get my facts right for a change :D

That's exactly what an RP server is, Roleplaying. So as you play, you interact with other people as you would in a story or whatever. Obviously you can talk IC, you just write in brackets for that. I don't think that applies for guild chat, or tells/whispers, whatever you wanna call them. So it's not talk-like-your-character-FOREVER!

That depends on how hard-core-RP'ers you are, i guess ;) But anyways. I have an idea of maybe 2 chats - One for OOC(Out of character) and one for IC (In character)?

Traditionally it's just brackets, and in all honesty it's a lot easier than two chats. It works fine in CoV. But there's no harm in trying in out.

Well. Im up for anything if Possible an RPRVR realm. But lets wait and see

RVR realms are a big NO. as you cant RP while constantly trying to watch your back, besides they are totally unnessacary as every zone has an RvR area, which expands in size with each tier

So Normal Servers are RVR?

No RVR servers are where you can be killed as part of RVR anywhere in the game world

Normal is where you arent expected to be in character, RvR servers are servers that allow you to be killed anywhere including in PvE areas, RP is where fighting only takes place in RvR areas and Cenarios much like a Normal server however you are expected to talk and act in character
