In the name ranks
I think we should nominate additional ranks for members such as: - Standard Bearer (most loyal member) - Guard Captain (Best Defensive player_ - Champion (Best alroundn fighter) - Librarian (Most knowledgeable member concerning lore of the guild and WHFB fluff) - High Priest (Most helpful member) or something you know. ranks that carry no realy power just like...ummm titles...yeah titles.

Thank you for the Ideas, I shall dicuss with our glorious Sol Invictus but I doubt It will have them because we already have 10/10 guild ranks already named. 6 Racial Leaders, 1 Sol Invictus, Trials, Members, Standard Bearers.

Tbh, I think we need a rank between member and officer. An 'elite' rank for the members that have done good things for da guild. But, well, then we need to get rid of standar bearer rank. Now l'm thinking. Who wants to be standard bearer all the time? Aint that kinda 'stand back and survive' rank? Just my thoughts :)

The standar bearer should be held by more then just one person, so he doesnt have to just stand around all the time. The person(s) holding it shud be somone who is smart enough to avoid loosing it! Would be cool with titles, but they shud only be given out if the person have done a deed that deserves the name, and i dont mean help 2 ppl in the guild a few times, i mean somthing BIG! HUUUUUUUGE! Soloing Karl Franz shud be a must..

I think we should beware with titles such as the 'champion'. I'm not sure, but I think that will make envy and enmity between members in the guild. Maybe we're evil, but against others - not ourselves

I've said before that we're going to have honourary ranks and such. Rest assured, they're coming. As for envy and emnity, I agree with Griker. I'm not really sure about having -playing- ability put into the ranking however...it gets messy. I've seen it on WoW. In character is totally different from out of character. It's disheartening to say that some people's maturity has to be brought into question, but it can happen. I'm talking from experience. I suggest that the ranks only be temporary too. So everyone gets a chance.

Yeah i agree playing ability shouldn't really be a deciding factor, we are of course not are hardcore guild and are focusing on having fun not being the best. But i like the idea of librarian so people know who they can ask if they ever need to know something.

Volunteers for librarian. Although I don't think I know much more than you. Maybe with the expection of elves.

dont you think I know we arent hardcore, but its nice to have your ability acknowledged from time to time.
