General Roleplay (for all and everyone!)
I am making this to try to get RP forum active. Please all, who know what they are gonna play and got a character already, post here. The history is like this: Malifact, our Sol Invictus, have called this meeting to make the final preparations and see to the newest recruits before the war start. The newest members will be set on trial, new champions will prove themself worthy and tactics will be discussed. OOC: So, this is an all-in-one RP just to get this section active. I will post more, but i don't got really much time right now ;) IC: Crysania arrives at the dark fortress. It stands dark and tall, like it is reaching for the stars. When she see it a smile appear at her lips. However, is dosn't reach her eyes. She enter the building and find thralls showing her the way to the council room where the meeting will take place. A big table stands in the middle of the room. Noone else have appeared yet, so she place herself at the chair that she know belong to her - Close to the high seat, but not closer than the Daemon Prince or Council of Discords chairs. A whistle come from her black robe when she sit down. "Abhor the light" she wispers for herself with another smile. It is only a matter of time before the rest will appear.

Ragnarok- 01-23-2008

OOC: Ok I guess I can have a go at this, I suppose I'll be classed as a new recruit :P IC: Upon hearing of this new gathering of the Invicto, Ragnarok decides to present himself to the Council of Discord in the hope that they may judge him worthy. He travels for months after leaving Norsca and eventually he sees that which he has sought for. A dark fortress looms for what seems like miles about his head. Ragnarok steels himself and walks to the fortress door and walks inside. Upon entering a group of thralls appear at his elbow and one beckons him forwards. Ragnarok follows the thrall and enters through a set of doors. He finds himself in a large room with a large table in the centre and opposite him he sees a Druchii sitting patiently, with a small nod he acknowledges her presence, then moves himself to stand in the shadows and wait for those who are to judge him.

Vashio- 01-23-2008

OOC: Ok, i don't really get this RP. Then again, i'm used to great big chunks of story and explaining on the first post :o Will give it ago, mail me if i get something wrong with the storyline though :D IC: Vashio ran through muddy puddles, and swamp like rivers. His aim was to reach the grand fortress of Invicto and gain membership to the infamous Guild of destruction. He was a Dark Elf, tall and slim, yet muscular with Pectorials and a six pack. He drew his sword and slashed through the branches of the trees before being confronted by the menacing walls. He approached the black gates, screachingly they opened, deafening all but the keen ears of the Elves. Stepping through, a thrall approached him. "And what is it you require? Perhaps to enter the trials?" Vashio nodded slowly, sheathing his deadly blade. "Follow me, follow me." The Hunched back thrall slyly spoke, walking away and muttering to itself. Armoured in the traditional armour of the well known Black Guard, he walked forwards.

Griker- 01-23-2008

Crysania see two new people enter the council hall. "Ah. Fresh blood for our course," she say. "We can always use more warriors. Please, have a seat. You can sit at the other end of the table. All we require now is some more of the old blood, then we can discuss your membership of our warhost." With a stroke of a hand, two chairs come out of nothing, along with a goble of wine at each seat. Sattisfied Crysania lean back.

Vashio- 01-23-2008

"Greetings," Vashio bowed, "I am Vashio, i abandoned my warhost ages ago once i heard rumours of this... Place. I come here seeking a deadly name for myself, one that will haunt all ears of mortals." "Take a seat." Crysania spoke, Vashio sat down with a nod, his helmet left on. "When do we begin?"

Ragnarok- 01-23-2008

Seeing a chair appear out of nowhere in front of him, Ragnarok briefly considered his options, take a seat and definitely commit to the Invicto indefinitely or try and find a way out, whilst he was considering this his God spoke quietly into his ear. Smiling at what his God has told him, Ragnarok sits on the seat and takes a sip acknowledging what must be the sorceress. "Thank you my lady." He said.

Malifact- 01-23-2008

OOC: Very minor update on character appearance IC:Malifact stood out on the balcony of his chambers in the Impossible Fortress. He was stiff and tense and his mind was concentrating on the immensely complex spell he was casting. The Winds of Chaos flowed through him and dispersed into the World, unsuspected. It's reach was far and wide, though faint. Every now and again, traces of Malifact's message would reach someone. It usually had little affect on them. They would be overcome with the feeling that someone was watching them, or perhaps see something in the corner of their eye. On some, however, it took root in their mind and spread it's roots across their very being. They would have dreams and visions, and everything they see or do would be related back to two letters: "II". Some would eventually be driven mad by the feverish intensity of the visions, but some would see hope and a new meaning in life. They would be filled with an unknown purpose and travel North to find their destiny. Eventually, after some hours, Malifact stopped. He had been doing this everyday for four hours for the past month. Many "pilgrims" came to the gate, and all were allowed entry. Whether they would ever walk out again was another matter. He had a plan formed in his head of what he would do to test them and was itching to start. But the time was not right. He had an infinite patience and would wait for as long as it took. His muscles relaxed and he let out a small sigh, his breath making the billowing aura around him part momentarily. He stretched out his great, feathered wings and stood for a little longer, taking in the landscape. The sky was dark crimson from the light of Mannslieb, one of the world's two moons, filtering through the Chaos saturated air. The landscape was shifting violently and it was never the same each time he looked at it. His eyes moved to the east and he gazed over the canopy of a forest that had just appeared there a few days ago. It was blessed with Nurgle's plague, and the stench from it reached Malifact's nostrils. To his right, from the corner of his eye, he noticed a huge mountain that previously wasn't there but a second ago. "The Wastes are active tonight" Said Malifact to himself, his voice as quiet as an assassin's knife, and as cold as winter. Then he scolded himself and a smile flashed across his face, invisible beneath the blank canvas of his helm. Night and day, it doesn't have any meaning out here he told himself. He then studied the fortress itself. And what a fortress it was. A bastion in this everchanging land. He was at the highest point, the main tower which rose from the centre of the castle, like a cruel spear piercing the sky. There were several other towers that were built into the castle walls, and in them were horrors that never blinked and never slept. Their bloodshot eyes kept a silent but dread invoking vigil on the area around the castle. Whenever anyone unwanted approached, they would wail and bang against the walls, and rattle their chains. The sound of the cries alone was enough to send a brave man running. Along the walls were bowmen of great skill, menacing sharpshooters mostly comprised of Druchii. The courtyard was a training ground, and many keen warriors tested their skill against each other. Every now and again, there would be games where single warriors were pitched against poorly armed prisoners. The result was that there was plenty of heads mounting the spikes on the gate. Finally Malifact walked into his chamber and walked down the spiralling staircase to the meeting room. He would finally see what his endless hours of spellcasting had achieved. His sword glowed red in agreement.

Griker- 01-24-2008

Seeing that her master enter the room, Crysania rose up. "Sol Invictus" she say respectfully and nod. "We have two new recruits who want to be taken in our ranks. One is named Vashio, and the other one i do not know. It seems that my preachings in The Land of Chill have helped."

Ragnarok- 01-24-2008

Upon seeing the Sol Invictus enter the room Ragnarok drew in his breath, and steeled himself for what could be his last action, he walked and went down onto one knee in front of the Chosen. "My Lord I have come here to pledge my service to you and the Invicto. My name is Ragnarok and I have travelled here to join you if you will allow it." Ragnarok offers him his sword and awaits his judgement.

Slagnadz- 01-24-2008

Muddy Puddles waited for Slagnadz' Da shaman to walk through it seemed a dreary day. The shaman was in a terrible mood and Mummblin' about "Stoopid oomies" and other curse words. This hood was soaking well a truely, Suddenly in the darkness a fortress seemed to shine and piearce the darkness..With this his pace quickend, heart beat raced. He finall got to the door. it creaked open, and he was greated by an Empire Cannon. "Fuc..." said Slag Nads. As he turned to run, he realised there was no one manning it. So he explored this castle, he found in the great hall with mead and wine and fresh boar rosting over the fire.. He was starving, so gorged himself. on the warm meat. When the Soilders came back they were most displeased with the goblin to say the least. Slag Nads ran and ran which felt like an age. He stopped puffing and panting and said "Stoopid ooomies" ...(OOC I ran out of ideas from here More Next edit :))

Vashio- 01-24-2008

Vashio stepped up, he sipped his wine and nodded slowly. He walked up to Malifact, the huge warrior who had just entered, and by the looks of it he stood up to his reputation as Sol Invictus. "I am Vashio. I am here awaiting trials to join the great Invicto!" His voice boomed, he drew his sword and swung it in the air before offering it. "I will prove myself worthy, through whatever trials you may give me." Then, he awaited along with Ragnarok for the reactions.

Malifact- 01-24-2008

Malifact slowly opened the great, oak, double doors and stepped in to the room. Three people were gathered, one was Crysania. She nodded and informed him of the other two who presented themselves in front of Malifact. Malifact stared each one in the eyes, letting the intensity of his gaze do it's work. The colour of his shining eyes were impossible to tell. He spread out his black, feathered wings and let the dark aura that constantly surrounded him subside for a while. "Rise, warriors" Malifact said, his voice flat and completely devoid of emotion. They both stood and and stared at Malifact. He couldn't help but notice the natural tensing of their muscles as they waited, eyes fixed firmly on him. Malifact's eyes momentarily flashed azure. He knew it was not fear, but experience. A good quality Malifact thought. "Now is not the time for decisions." He said, spreading his hands. "Please, be seated. It will take a while for everyone to arrive. Everyone must be present. I shall have food sent while we wait." The two did as they were asked. Although they didn't show it, Malifact could tell they were surprised by his politeness. He cast his gave across the room to an old fireplace and by his silent command a roaring fireburst into life. It cast multicoloured, shimmering light across the otherwise dark and dusty room and the sound of the logs faintly sceaming in agony broke the unrelenting silence in the room. After a few minutes, slaves entered the room quietly, bearing great platters laden with hot, steaming, salted meats of all kinds and fresh goblets full of alcohol varying from Elven vintage wine to finest Dwarven Stout. Malifact sat down at the head of the table and all the while, he was studying Ragnarok and Vashio intently. He could also tell that they both knew he was staring at them. His stare weighed down on them like lead. As his mind turned over thoughts and considered things that no one could guess at, his eyes switched colours as he moved through different memories and ideas. "So" He whispered finally. "Is there anything you want me to answer?" His voice still had that flat, emotionless quality, but this time he allowed a hint of polite interest into his voice.

Griker- 01-24-2008

"Malifact" replied Crysania. "Could we discuss this with the rest of higher members: when the war come, which battlefront will we stand on the most? Will we be figthing The Empire, The Dwarves, or The High Elves? Or equal on each?"

Malifact- 01-25-2008

Malifact listened to the question and then slouched back in his chair. He picked up a goblet of wine and playfully swilled it around in the cup, but did not take a sip. "The arrogance of the Asur cannot be ignored. I would very much like it if we made something of a name for ourselves on the Isle of Ulthuan. For too long have they stood against my Gods. Yes, their heads shall indeed swing from our belts." Malifact mused, talking more to himself than anyone else. "The Dawi too have also proven to be a stubborn thorn in our side. Yes, I think that when we have turned their Fortresses to smouldering ruins I shall lead a procession through the Slayer Keep, and behind me shall walk the chained prisoners with their beards shaven." Malifact's eyes glowed malicious red at this point. "But...there is the matter of the other foe. I will not let the minions of the Pretender-God live any longer than I have to. I long to see that land burn." Malifact's eyes were now glowing such a violent shade of crimson that it cast a slight glow on the table around him, and on Crysania's face. The wine in his goblet began to simmer. Malifact let his mind calm down and his eyes returned to their usual, incalculable colour. But his rise in temper had left an uneasy atmosphere in the room. "The answer to your question is up to the Gods, though I suspect that our wrath shall be felt on all battlefronts with equal measure." Malifact concluded, resuming his emotionless, empty speech. He lapsed into his usual silence and waited for someone else to talk.

Griker- 01-25-2008

Without emotion in her face, Crysania nodded. "Tell me, Vashio, from which of the great citys do you come? I, myself, lived the most of my life in Naggarond, but i was born outside. My family owns a farm, you see. But i was born to greater things than them. I guess in your position of Black Guard you were handpicked from birth, am i right?" OOC: We really need the rest of you guys.
