Finally got an opportunity to drop by. When the game goes open beta, I'll be on as often as I can, although rarely at this time through the week (School :\ ) I'll still be active on the forums however.

I'm sorry for the long absence. I had a bit of a fling, part-time work, a ton of school assessments and then a week waiting for my computer to be repaired... but. There's always a but - I have ended the fling (even if you're not sleeping with her, it still hurts when she's sleeping with someone else) and it didn't really end so well, so I'm going to be away for a few days, while I balance myself out. My time management needs some work as well, so as soon as I'm on top of everything with school, probably past my exams and all that I can promise maximum in-game activity. Until then, I will try to at least stop here on the forums once every couple of days. Sorry for the huge inactivity there.. and in my position I feel that the absence of one could cause a flaw in the many. So may one not be absent, and may Invicto stand strong in the face of its enemies!

Well, apparently more faith was placed in me than I had previously thought. Even after my long absence - likely to end, what with school being gone from my life, a job being acquired and a new computer including a Q6600, 2Gb of DDR2 RAM and an nVIDIA 8800GTX 768mb being tossed my way sometime towards February (spare parts - GeForce 9 release means my brother in law no longer needs that beastly card) I'm now pretty much geared to play some. Anyway, I'm actually surprised that I wasn't stripped of rank after this second, longass absence, and I'm ready, willing and geared to prove that faith is not misplaced. And on that most heroic note I really need a piss and something to eat.

Getting a Q6600 and a 8800 GT myself :P With probally 4 Gig ram tho. Might SLI the GT but unsure yet, think ill just wait til WAR comes then upgrade abit then aswell. Anyhow, dare i say..welcome back:) Yeah... I've got a retail box for my other 2Gb of RAM right next to me. But right now I only have a laptop so nothing to put it in :( My old computer has a new PSU on the way too, so I'll be fixing that up as a secondary gaming rig for home Lans with my friends. Gonna chuck a new mobo in it (since it's so old..), new GPU - an 8800GT once the 9 series comes out because they'll probably be like $210 then, more RAM and a Q6600. Yup, my secondary rig will be able to play Crysis. And that's why I'm making it like that - to play Crysis. Specifically the Tower of Terror level I built. Goes from the bottom to the top of the skybox, and it's all breakable houses stacked up. Nade at bottom = death. And lag. Mostly death though. :lol:
